A resident and home owner in Santa Barbara and
Montecito for over 26 years, Charlene has been a prominent and respected
participant in the growth and development of the community.
Arriving in Santa Barbara in 1980, Charlene spent
the first 8 years of her tenure in Santa Barbara as General Manager
of the world-class, destination resort, Four Seasons Biltmore Hotel.
Under her leadership, the Biltmore enjoyed heightened profitability,
superior customer service and total renovation and expansion.
Charlene willingly volunteers her time and efforts
in support of community projects and organizations that benefit and
improve the quality of life within Santa Barbara County.
Throughout the years, Charlene has been actively
